Professional driver I must admit that the service exceeded my expectations, my driver was waiting at the customs exit door with a sign, helped me with the luggage and recommended a few places to go while in Miami - great service!

Very good and not quite as good Making (and changing) our reservations was done easily and efficiently. Communication was good and they texted me to let me know who our drivers would be and gave me their contact information.Our first driver (whose name I don't remember) was waiting at the MIA airport baggage claim when we arrived. He was professional and courteous, his vehicle was clean and comfortable for the six of us and our luggage, and he took us to the hotel safely. I would give him five stars. However, our next driver Brahim was about twenty minutes late to pick us up the next morning to take us from the hotel to the Miami cruise terminal. I had to call him after the scheduled time to learn that he was going to be late, probably because of traffic. When Brahim did arrive he of course apologized, and although his vehicle was nice he had to squeeze in our luggage (five bags). He was professional and courteous and drove safely but got us to our destination later than I intended (partly because he was late and partly because of the crazy traffic around the port on Sunday morning) but in time for us to board the ship OK.I can recommend Miami VIP Limo & Car Service.

Excellent and reliable service Our driver Steven was at baggage claim on our arrival to FLL, he helped us with our luggage and was very professional and courteous.On our return flight we arrived an hour earlier than expected. I let him know and he was there with minimal waiting. I appreciated that he went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated.Would highly recommend Miami VIP

Extremely courteous & professional service We decided to use a car service to take us from a family house in Florida to the Miami Cruise Port. We did our booking by phone while still in NJ. The phone staff was professional, courteous and gave us the price for each direction. The drivers were sharp-dressed, courteous and very professional. The texted while on their way and arrived just slightly early (which was no problem for us). The vehicles were new, clean and comfortable and able to handle all our luggage and a wheelchair. We do not hesitate to recommend this service when you need car service in the Miami area.

Welcoming and professional! Booked this service for a family trip to the Port of Miami from Boca Raton. Great communication and service. They called to confirm that they were picking us up and the driver called to confirm he was about 20 min. away. They handled the luggage and dropped us right at the port terminal, If you are looking for affordable transport from or to the Port of Miami or at the FLL Airport use this service, we also booked us back round trip as well from Boca Raton to the MIA Airport. We were a group of 9 and we were very pleased!
